5 pounds in an empty bag

Without Student Productions my life has no meaning. I have no creative outlet. So I’m trying to write more. Maybe something will come of it. My problem is that during the week I never feel like I have enough time to get involved in one of my larger projects (say, the Agora System) because if I get into them I go for hours and hours and hours and homework and sleep just don’t allow that.

I’m trying to read the Narnia series, since I never got around to it in the earlier part of my childhood. Makes a better read than The Scarlet Letter, at any rate. It’s not that I don’t appreciate Hawthorne’s imagery and plot; they’re both admmirable. But he takes so fucking long to say anything. It ruins it. I can only stand the book for a few pages at a time, and they force us to read it in such big chunks that that isn’t feasible. The eloquence of a succinct, emotive phrase is too often overlooked in literature. Then again, I tend to ramble, so who am I to be complaining?

Thanks. Unfortunately I, uh, tried to change something, shafted my layout, and now I can’t manage to get the tables to work right anymore on the experimental version I work with to add functionality. So, as much as I like it, the layout might actually change, just because its such a bitch to maintain.
